I was surfing through the channels on Saturday night, and i came across this show on CNA abt beautiful homes. And it was featuring this house, practically a mansion, which looked exactly like a resort if u ask me. It has a olympic size swimming pool, with u know, those palm trees or whatever plants ard it, there were these deck chairs i think. I could fit my hse into the living room of the house. As u go up the second lvl of the hse, u can see a man-made waterfall. The entire is hse is painted this dark orangey kinda colour so that it can complement the sunlight. All the furniture in the hse is custom made cos if they bought normal furniture, they would seem too small cos the living room's just humongous. They have a front lawn - can u imagine having a front lawn? itz like, a fantasy in Singapore, just like fantasising abt having ur own garage - and itz planted with flowers, shrubs so it looks, i dunno, like a resort! Haha.. Can u imagine living in such a hse? Itz like living in a holiday hse, where u dun dare to touch anything except those in ur room, and the reception is just a place to wait to check-in, or for the transport to the airport or sth. Mayb itz different for those who grew up there, but i pity the maids or servants or whoever. How much work is it to keep the house relatively clean, the lawn free of weeds, and the swimming pool emtpy of whatever it is that dirties them? I really think the place shld be resort?

As i was watching, itz like almost sinful to live like that. I don't mean to commit a blasphemy or anything, but think abt this: Singapore has had this problem of not having enough land for ages. The condos and flats are getting smaller. And that piece of land that guy has, i don't know, might be able to place 3 or 4 blocks of flats there? And there were these live 8 concerts a few mths ago to raise funds for the starving in Africa. I'm not preaching or anything, and i'm not saying i'm a saint and i all my money to the needy. But, aren't the social, financial differences too big?? This guy and his family are living in "paradise", a resort, while the babies in Africa are struggling to stay juz a few more days on earth. Okay, i'm getting philosophical. shld stop. But, do u get e picture i'm trying to make?

After watching that HK drama serial on chU at 10pm weekdays, i've got this desire to go on a cruise. Not those kind of cruise to nowhere kind u get in Sg. But the carribean kind. U know, super expensive, super luxurious, super relaxing. I can slack all day, do whatever i want, read mayb 10novels? on that trip. But.... before my dream can come true, i'll have to save up like mad before i can go on a trip like that n totally enjoy it, without having to think abt costs and stuff. Who would enjoy a holiday where u'll hafta hesitate before every purchase? And one more thing, that kind of cruise can nv be found in Singapore, so i'll have to fly somewhere to the port. I can choose to fly budget so tt i can save for e cruise, or i can splurge on a first class or business class ticket. Haha. i really think too much. But, i promise i won't be nasty to the air stewardesses or sth. Anyway, u might notice tt i haven't really mentioned a companion, cos i rather fancy going on a cruise alone. I won't have to compromise my wishes, and i won't have to worry abt sb else having to compromise their plans in order to follow my wishes. I'll be totally free and i don't really worry abt getting lost. I can read maps (I really can), and I'm an independent girl! Haha...

Okay enough abt my fantasy. Shall stop here. Need to get to slp, going to put a full day at work tmr. Shall update u guys abt wad happened on Sat n Sun on Tues........

Okay, i haven't blogged for 10 days officially. Issit the longest since i started to blog again? don't know. But it certainly feels like it. Didn't really feel like coming online n blogging, cos i wanted to concentrate on studying n i knew that once i switch on e com and find out the internet connection is working, i'll be stuck in my seat for at least 3hrs which is really a waste of time since i don't do anything constructive online. Haha. But i can't really say i've been really hardworking, cos i spent most of my evenings watching tv. From the time i reach home from studying to abt 11. That's when most of the shows i wanna watch are over. haha. I'm really a tv addict. Happy Reading!

One thing i'm glad about for my study week was that i did study, and that i got to meet my secondary sch frens. I went out to study on most days of the week, except Wed and Sat. Met either jane or mh to study, or stms both. Got to catch up with them and though it was to study, at least i got to meet them! Better than nothing. Will hafta wait till their prelims are over b4 i can go out with them. Haha.

I went back to Xinmin on Wednesday cos mh met mr choo on Sun and he told her he's quitting. So we decided to go back. Met jane mh and xiurong at the bus stop. Found out we had to register b4 going into e sch, so there was this long queue in front of us. Queued up, and saw Qingnan. And this stupid guy kept laughing at me. Haha. Sigh, a bit sad Hanting not there. Miss the days where they'll tease me and i'll beat them up. Haha.Sadist, and childish and really secondary sch stuff, but they're really fun and i miss those times. Walked ard for a while, and we went up to the hall to see e performance. But there were too many ppl, and the corridor was too small. The corridor soon got too stuffy so we went out to this open space behind e hall and talked. Then when e performance was over we went to wait for the teachers. Saw mr singh, but he only rmbs Jane's name. Haha. He was wondering why e students were all so afraid of him cos only a few of e students dared to look him in e eye. Which is duh, he's the disciplne master! haha. Somemore the students now were the super guai and nerdy type. Mayb except for the normal acad students. Mr singh was still funny. Haha. Anyway, didn't manage to see my cousin again. Everytime i go back to Xinmin i don't see him.

Went in search of mr choo after that with william n the boys. Somehow, i always get this pissed off feeling when i see them. Not william lah. Mayb itz a residual feeling left over from sec4, but itz too long to still hold a grudge right. It comes up whenever i think abt them or when i see them. I must have been blind, and deaf and stupid in sec4. Don't come n ask me what happened, i wouldn't know how to tell u. It seems minor now, but i guess itz juz e minor things that accumulate n affect you.

Anyway, saw guangde. And argued with him again. Haha. Everytime. Seriously, i cannot imagine y i turned out e way i am. I was surrounded by ah bengs from pri sch to sec sch. My sis too. But we're still quite angmoh-pai. Haha. Talked to mr choo for a while, and felt a little guilty cos we didn't get anything for him. His table was like full of presents. The boys tried to pry out of him reasons for him leaving, but he wouldn't sae. And i felt quite sad at that time. Cos that day was his last day in the sch. Itz juz so sudden. Many of our class' teachers have gone. Mrs Yim, Mr Tan Ping Hock. Sad sia. I nv thought that so many of them would leave. It might be for greener pastures, but who wouldn't be sad at times of parting? And mr choo, okay, i admit, at times, i really felt irritated by his thinking. But he was still our form teacher and he really did a lot of things for us. It juz saddens me.

Anyway, mr chia n mr chan rmb-ed me! Haha. Didn't expect mr chia to, cos he has so many students, and he's like involved in every aspect of the sch. Haha, and he's still so funny! He's the funniest teacher i've ever met. And i really like him, and his lessons.

Went to J8 after that. Actually wanted to eat mos, but no space. So we decided to eat at Thai express or sth. Suddenly forgot e name. Then Candy, and cc came to meet us. After lunch, jane xr n mh went home. Went to converse to buy my shoes, finally. Now i wouldn't have to torture my feet during work! Then we went to G2000 to collect Candy's pants. Which reminds me that i would have to get more formal wear cos there'll be more presentations and formal ones at that from next sem onwards cos of my electives.

We then went to orchard. Shopped ard, saw this bag at topshop which i liked. Which is like a finally thing, cos i've been looking out for a bag since like forever. Then we met Rena n went to Zara. She wanted to take pics for her IS module. Right? Cos i had to go to paradiz centre to pay money to a travel agency, we decided to go to the tao's restaurant. The food's really not bad, quite decent,and cos it comes in small servings, u don't feel bloated at e end of the meal which is good. We took some really silly videos of our food and photos, as always. Haha. Went home after that. Didn't get much studying done that day.

Went to the Mac's opposite montfort to study. Forgot that it was a sch day, so in e afternoon, the montfort boys practically flooded the Mac's . Haha. Regretted going to study so early in e morning that day, cos by the time it was 1300, i had finish writing my notes for mkting and didn't have the motivation to start reading the text. But still had to hold on to 3sth cos i had tuition at 4.

Wandered ard for a while b4 i finally found a bus stop which had a bus to bring me directly to the place. Was really worried abt my student b4 i reached cos my past few experiences weren't really good. But she turned out fine, she's really sweet. And the mother was friendly. Their family's quite rich too. Which is good! Cos they're giving $140 per mth. Haha.

Went to church after that. Cecilia was e only girl there at tt time. Helped her cut e pamphlets, then ate dinner. Then watched e movie for a while. It was funny, cos we were seeing our own friends on screen! It was juz hilarious, we were all laughing at e inappropriate times. And the screen really added weight to them. They all looked fatter on screen. Haha. Then watched them rehearse the skits. It was really really funny. Then ti was times for e emcees to practice. But they didn't really know what to say n do. Then they changed it to Kelvin and it was like the best move they ever made. Cos Kelvin was really really good. He's crazy on stage. We were all shocked when he started shouting and talking all kinds of crap on stage cos he's so quiet off stage! Haha. was feeling really excited abt Sat. Went home at 10 sth.

Received a call that night from cynthia and she practically begged me to go work that next day. Sigh, really didn't know how to reject her, so juz told her okay lor. I'm really too soft-hearted. How? So woke up early on Saturday morning to go to work. Was planning to study before going to church but that plan was gone. In e end, i didn't study at all for that day.

Okay, anyway, waering sneakers to work is really different from e heels i wore. So much more comfy. Haha. There was this little boy, abt 7 mayb. He's so cute!!!!!! He's ang moh, and he had these freckles all over hs face, esp his cheeks and nose. And he had strawberry blond hair. Super cute right?! Can u imagine a boy like that? He looked juz like Archie. Haha. Went to church after changing. Watched jialin n her sisters practice for the song later. Liz told me she won't be coming cos she couldn't find anybody to accompany her. Chit chat with the girls for a while, and they kept teasing me abt my jacket, when they were e ones to ask me e price......
Found out i didn't have a tag. Sad right. Juz b4 everything started Cecilia "miraculously" passed me one with my name. Haha. Sat at e registration counter to wait for e ppl to come. We started at 1910. And there was a big blooper when e emcees ran up e stage, they forgot to place e mikes on e stage first. Haha. So they were like didn't know what to do. The thing was a bit lame, but they really did put in effort, and the audience did laugh at some parts. Haha. Then it was time for e skits. And as expected, the first skit managed to tickle the audience. Isaac was so cute! Haha. then it was e movie, and the parents were like laughing when they saw the different chars.

It was time for refreshments after e movie and i got stuck with the duty of distributing e paper plates. Haha. Then when the guests left, we started to pack up. Brought back the pews, kept the chairs. Took photos. Pastor David was quite high. haha. Hung ard to talk, then most of the girls went home le. So i went up to look for my mother, and took a ride home with my mother's friend.

Really thank God for that day, cos the turnout was really quite good.Everything went somewhat smoothly.

Went home after church on Sunday. was actually supposed to go to my aunt's hse at abt 5 cos it was my grandma's bdae. But they said they wanted to go to a place near my hse for dinner, so my father n i decided not to go and go str down to that place instead. But they really standard one lor. I called my sis juz b4 my dad n i left e hse so that they could leave too. But when we reached there n called them, they were still at home. They hor..... dunno wad to say lah. Anyway, waited abt 20mins for them, and ordered our dishes. Found out my 2 cousins were extras in e jack neo movie One More Chance, so we're gg to watch that on Thurs. Haha.

That dinner was reeeally filling. The adults ordered so many dishes! and the crab was like humongous and i'm not exaggerating. We couldn't finish most of our dishes. At least for us kids lah, cos we separated into kids at a table and e adults at one. Actually, we're not kids anymore, i was e youngest there, and i oldest was like 32. But i don't know what else to call us. Haha.

Walked home after dinner, good chance for my sis, dad n i to digest our food. Haha. Studied for my finance paper the next day till 3 sth. Went to slp, and woke up at 9 sth the next morning. I actually planned to wake up at 1030. But since i was up, i might as well stay awake. Took a shower ate sth, and started studying. Went to sch at 1330. The paper was alright, juz that i didn't how to do 2 qns. The time given was juz enough, at least for me. Waited for sw and went to e lib to borrow CDs b4 gg home. Ate my dinner, then studied while watching e tv, which meant that i didn't accomplish much. Haha. Slept at 1sth cos i watched frasier, and woke up quite late on Tues. Lazed ard and studied a little b4 gg to tuition at 3sth.

Rcved my mother's call to ask me to go downstairs to fetch her in e evening. Turns out she bought a lot of things in m'sia. She went there for a prayer meeting, in e end they went to a last min shopping n she bought a lot of stuff back. They were mostly food and daily neccessities lah. She bought bah kua! Haha. my fave.

Studied till 12sth that night b4 gg to slp. Went for my mkting paper in e morning, then went to see my course grade for HR. Got a B. Think itz cos i didn't do well for my quizzes. Haha. Went home after that n slept all e way till 4. Then i woke up, n i really did wanna study! But my heart n mind juz wouldn't settle down. They kept wandering away. Haha. Somehow, i managed to do some studying that night while watching tv. Haha. Wanted to stay up late that night, but my eyes wouldn't listen, so went to slp. Woke up at 9sth in e morning to study. But i juz couldn't concentrate. So i went to sch for my paper feeling super not confident. When i came out of e "exam hall" i felt quite despondent lah. Cos i knew i didn't do well, didn't write enough stuff. But i couldn't think of anything else to write! Then went with jolleen n shuwen to TM. Bought sth to eat. Then i went to buy e movie tickets n met my sis. Went to century sq's best denki to buy a cassette tape recorder for my grandma, but couldn't find one. Then went to meet my cousin Ting2, and we went in search of food! Cos she was hungry n we wanted to find a place to sit down. Went to e wang jiao in century sq. Then, my another cousin ah wen came shopped for a while, den we went to e cinema for One More Chance.

Rmb i said juz now that two of my male cousins are in e movie as extras? Ya, one's a prison inmate, and the other one has 2 roles, a prison warden and this guy at e office the Mark Lee was at for an interview. He's e mata who escorted mark lee n the other guy out of So if u look clearly, u'll see these two extras who look alike. And he was looked so chubby in e movie! Haha. Her sis was like laughing at him. And ya, the other cousin who was e inmate was that guy who kept reading newspapers, and the one who said sth like "at least u're going out but i still need to stay here for 2 more yrs" in hokkien. He almost got that gay part. Not e one hu acted gay, it's the other one. Haha. Lucky he didn't sia.

Anyway, the movie was okay lah. Some parts were quite touching. But the ending was super lame. BTH. haha. The three of us were quite busy throughout the movie, cos we had to keep a lookout for the extras. Haha. And we kept laughing at them! Haha. Esp e part when mark lee was v angry at a job interview cos he knew that they wouldn't give him a chance as he was an ex-con. Then my cousin appeared, and we started giggling. haha. So funny lor, it was supposed to be a touching scene but the four of us were giggling away.

After e movie we went to cafe cartel to eat. We all ordered pasta, and it was super filling. Ah wen ate till v kang kor. Haha. Then we sat there n talked till 2240, and almost wanted to take e train together with Ting2 but we didn't lah. She's 15 already. That's wad i keep telling eb. We keep thinking of her as a kid.

Anyway, i'm quite satisfied with these 2 weeks, cos i met up with my secondary sch frens, and my cousins! So i'm really happy. And talking abt my cousins, ah wen brought up a v interesting point yday. We have 16 cousins altogether. the youngest is Wee Aw whose 14 and the oldest is 30 sth. After wee aw is ting2 whose 3 yrs younger than me. And then comes the a little amazing part. I'm 18, i have a male cousin who's 19, my sis is 20, there's a male n female cousin who are 21, and ah wen's 21, there's a male cousin whose 22, and another female cousin who's 23. And the rest we're not sure liao. So itz like for e 7 of us, there's a baby every yr, and it's a male n female baby alternately. Cute right? Haha.

My computer is seriously crazy now. There's sth wrong with the modem. I think it has some problems with the new computer. Stms, no matter what i do, it doesn't connect. Stms, it connects immediately once i switched on the computer, like today.

Anyway, have been going out to study the past few days. Studied with Jane in Compass Point today. There were these various groups of secondary sch students, and they juz reminded me of how i behaved when i was their age. It really isn't that long ago, but somehow, i juz think they're so damn childish. Really! It makes me ashamed of my behaviour then, and now i just cringe at the thought of myself back then. Haha.

I actually dread the thought of the hols a little, cos it means that i'll have to work, almost like a full-time staff. Everytime i get tired at work, i'll start thinking abt the week that i'm going to bangkok and console myself with the thought of ppl serving me for 5 days, rather than me serving ppl. haha.

And...... itz Elizabeth's birthday todae! HAPPY BIRTHDAY~~!!!!!! haha, feel a bit guilty cos haven't been able to celebrate with her the two times she asked me. I'll make it up to u next time kay?

Have no idea y, but i'm feeling real tired right now. And i almost nodded off to slp while playing a game on the com just now. Haha. Quite amazing. Anyway, worked on thurs evening and this morning. Requested to leave a lil early today cos had to rush down to sch for lect. But after i changed and everything then i saw corrin's msg that she didn't want to go for lect. Haha. So i decided not to go too. But still had to go to sch to pass sth to Jiahui. So waited a while till 4 sth. Was supposed to go out with Liz, monica, etc. But i was feeling tired, and somehow reluctant to go out with a certain person. Thus, i decided to go home.

I was reading Corrin's blog the other day. And i muz say that i had no idea that things were so bad between them. Really. I thought she was juz feeling that she had changed, and not that disappointed, etc stuff. But truth to be told, stms, i juz have this urge to slap that expression off her face. Or is smack a better word? I don't know. Be it her smug expression,her "i don't care" face, or when we tease her n she gives us that "so what?" face. I do sound harsh, and i know it. But that's really what i feel, and that's really the first time i feel this way. I have nv felt this way abt a person b4. Okay, if the above sentence was taken out of context, it would seem as if i'm expressing my love for sb or sth, haha. Anyway, Corrin, i hope i'm talking abt the correct person. Hehe.

And I have also gotten a totally new perspective on a certain person. Not exactly new, but itz certainly sth that i would nv have imagined. It works to reinforce my dislike for that person. It's not the same person as the one mentioned above, and relax, i don't have the urge to slap this one. Haha. In the past, as i started to hang out with this person, n started to know her better, i can get seriously irritated by her. But our mutual friends seem to like her well enough, so i didn't mention anything. It was only till yday, that i realised that sb could sense my dislike for her. The reason i don't like this person is cos she likes to take advantage of ppl. Even ppl who she knows that cannot spare that extra for her. How many ppl do u know that goes ard asking ppl to treat her to movies, clubbing, food, when she has a job, and the other party doesn't? And sth else, she asked me to buy imitation stuff. Ppl who know me well enough know that i would never ever buy imitation stuff. No matter how similar the product is. She has known me for a yr and she doesn't know that? I mean, i don't care if u buy them, juz don't ask me to! When she was encouraging me to, i juz told her that i don't like to shop at places like that. I couldn't have told her that i don't buy imitation stuff right. I would have sounded like a stuck up bitch.

I've finally finished sch. Not exactly the entire semester, i still have my exams, but at least i don't have to worry abt projects and the various problems that come with them anymore. I actually like exams more, cos i don't have to worry abt my members and partners, and whatever i do, i take the responsibilty myself.

And ya, raffles city coffe club is currently out of bread for sandwiches. Haha. Sounds weird, but itz true. The head kitchen haven't been sending enough. I don't know abt e other branches, but we rally ran out of bread yday night n this morning while i was still at work. So dun blame e staff arh. Haha.

I actually wanted to skip mkt lecture on Tues. But out tutor didn't tell us anything abt e exam during tutorial (i.e tips, hehe) so decided to go for the lecture. During the lecture, there were these scary sounds coming out of the speakers suddenly. Really. Corrin n i were saying that they sounded like the sounds from War of the Worlds when the aliens were zapping the ppl. If u had watched the movie u'll noe exactly what i'm talking about. It was real easy to imagine the aliens coming. Haha. Guess i have an overimaginative mind. Some girls behind were saying it sounded like White Noise.

Anyway, lect finished early, at abt 2. Went home immediately after that. Was supposed to meet to prepare for my sociology presentation at 4. But i was real unwilling to wait for them, and i didn't really see the need to reahearse and everything cos all of us were in-charge of different parts. So i told irvin the day b4 that i didn't want to wait 4 hrs for them (rmb i was thinking of not going for mkt lect?). Anyway, at 3sth melvyn msged all of us that we can juz send the slides to him n soul and there's no need to meet up. Don't know if it's bcos of me.....

Anyway, i had my french speaking test this morning, in other words, oral. And i did badly. Not exactly badly, juz not up to my expectations. I forgot all the things i wanted to say! Lucky giuliano helped me along. I think he helped everybody along. Haha. He's so nice.

After the test, my sis n i went to TM cos i wanted to buy shoes for work. But there was no more stock at converse and isetan. Sadded. Will have to wear my original shoes tmr. Stms, the thought of going to work puts me off a lil. And i have to work 3 days this week, in a straight row.

And we were reading the personal reflections of the HR project. And it's like come people were juz looking for excuses for not doing their tasks on time. I mean, doing quality work doesn't mean that u can finish them last min. Don't blame the library if u do not put in enough effort to search for e books. And ur fever! U got it 2 days ago, not a week ago when we said that we could start doing the report already. Those really sounded lame when i was reading his reflections.

What siew wern said actually didn't really strike any chord within myself. Mayb i'm still used to dealing with my stuff myself cos i know can't expect others to help me. But after i talked to Liz, i suddenly rmb-ed another incident, which tallied with wad sw said! Liz also rold me abt sth, and it also tallied with sth that happened!

Sigh, dunno lah. We didn't meet up at all to do our report. Only sw n i met up cos we were doing the same topic. It was so unlike PBL 1.

Spent the past two days at home, and found that i couldn't slp well at night. Mayb cos i didn't really expel any energy.. Haha. Then i went to my ahma's hse on Sun. A lot of my relatives were there. And my cousin's finally going for ROM this dec with her bf! Haha, we've been waiting do long lor. They've been together for abt 8 yrs. Can't wait for it, but the sad thing is, they don't plan to have kids. Itz such a pity! And we were looking forward to her baby......... Haha.

Went to watch wedding crashers with Liz at PS today. She was late as usual, so i went shopping and bought a pair of jeans, haha, and the tics. Then my kookoo phone kept switching off. Pek chek. And i was seeing the m1shop online, and the phone i want is selling at $338 with $200 trade-in. My phone can be traded in at $150. Not bad hor! Haha. But muz wait till i come back from bangkok and see how much money i have left. Haha.

Anyway, wedding crashers wasn't as nice as i expected it to be. It wasn't as funny as the trailer made it to be lah. And it was really perverted. Haha. Really. No wonder they made it NC-16. Dunno lah, mayb my expectations were to high or sth, cos of the trailer, only certain parts were funny. I was cringing with disgust 1/4 of the movie. Haha. And while i was washing dishes juz now, i was thinking abt how vince vaughn could take it when the girl rubbed his "you-know".. then i thought, it was probably a dummy. Haha. But that was really disgusting, though funny. Haha.

Actually i spent a lot today. Cos i helped my mother buy wool at spotlight, and foundation n powder at body shop. Then my pants weren't exactly cheap. Haha. Lucky my mother's gonna return me e money. Haha.

Then we walked down to Taka for e watson's shop. Saw Monica with her bf while we were crossing e road. Itz juz like on e tv! Haha. Juz tt we couldn't stop n talk or stare at each other in shock like they do in reel life. Oh ya, saw fann wong at centrepoint. Her makeup was super thick, and she was rushing somewhere lah.

After walking ard Taka i was tired lah, so decided to go home. Next day need to wake up early also. Going to meet corrin n sw for breakfast. Eating Mac's again! Haha..

And Liz told me she wanted to go to e movie thing in my church! Haha. So if u wanna go also pls tell me kay? Got buffet and goodie bag. Hehe. 3rd of sept, Saturday, 6.45 in e evening. Itz a movie abt why Christians suffer.

I am slacking in front of my computer now..... I really have nothing to do. Am too lazy to start on the sociology presentation ppt slides, too lazy and think itz too early to start on mugging for my exams, ya, and so on......

Anyway, I wanna say sth. My church's youth grp is screening a movie on wny Christians suffer. Itz on the 3rd September in the evening. It's a Saturday. I know itz in e region of time of poly students having the finals, and the A'level students having their prelims. So i really don't know who to ask. Watched the french movie Les Choriste during french lecture. It was very nice, funny, and the boy who was acting as the male lead, he was sooooo handsome. Really, his looks were so pretty, mayb too pretty. He looked like Princess Diana, in some angles, which might make u think of Prince William, but he's so much more handsome than him. Really. But he's so damn cute.

Okay, anyway, i just got off phone with the technical guy from Pacnet. Was so fustrated with my com today. Dunno what is wrong with my internet connection. Actually wanted to dl games to play, in e end, i had nothing to do for the whole day. It was like i finished my exams already.. Haha.

Then i was really stupid. Had to call in to Pacnet 3 times before the problem was finally solved. Know y? Cos the first time round, the technician told me to disconnect all the phones in the hse. And i did. The thing is, i was talking to him on e hse phone. Haha. Stupid right. So i called in again. On my hp. Halfway through, my handphone switched off suddenly. So had to call in e 3rd time. Haha.

Anyway, talking abt my phone. Itz spoiling. At least i've used it for more than a yr already. But that's no excues right, and i can't possibly tell my parents that. I'll have to save up to buy a new phone. Anyone wants to buy for me the Sony Ericsson K750i? Haha. My expectations very high hor.

Yeah!! I've gotten a new computer! Haha, itz not exactly new. Only partially, cos my sis' v v nice friend changed everything except the hard disk, and it only costs abt $650. And he told my sis to call him if there's anything wrong. So good right. Why can't i have friends like that? haha.

Went for my sociology test in the morning on Saturday. It was easier than expected lah, cos i was expecting it to be like, so damn difficult that i won't be able to handle half the qns. Haha, that was an exaggeration. But, really, it was better than expected. Went to eat Mac's breakfast after the test with Laykuan and Jacelyn. Hahaha. Was thinking abt eating that the night before, so asked laykuan if she wanted to go eat not. Ate the hotcakes, super nice. Went home after that and took a nap, almost got called back to work at abt 3. Lucky i managed to convince them i wasn't free. Hehe. Finally got to watch my "sky dragon eight parts" again, after missing it for two weeks, though it was e last episode already.

Went to my ahma hse after church on Sunday. Watched bewitched. It isn't nice. This is the first time i've said that a movie ain't nice right out. So if u haven't watched it and is planning to watch it, pls don't. Itz not exactly boring, it's just that after e movie is over, u'll be thinking, so? what's the point? Haha. That's what i thought. And nicole kidman was unbelievably naive in the film. The original version of bewitched was great. But this new one is really found lacking.

After watching the movie, started to teach my cousin her accounts. Then i left at 4 sth for work. Was lazy to walk to the bus stop, so decided to take a cab. Haha. Business was slow, as on Sun nights, so we were like slacking and waiting for the time to reach 2200 when we could finally do closing.

Went to sch for HR on Mon, then back home where i took a nap, then bathed, then off to work. Finally got to work with ellen again. Haha. After working there for abt 3 mths, we finally got to work together again after the first time. Was waiting for 10pm to come around again. Quickly finished up closing and accompanied cynthia and ellen to cafe cartel to buy cakes cos it was going at half price. Haha. Then walked to my bus stop slowly.

Went to work at 11 the next morning. Started coughing the night before, and when i reached coffee club on Tues morning, i was nearly sounding like a man. Haha. Then Ruiting and Joceline started crapping abt writing the words i'm supposed to say on different pieces of paper. Like "Table for..?", "Can i take your order?", "Sorry, ... ... is sold out." Then i can paste those pieces of paper on me and juz point them when necessary. Haha. Stupid right. Felt like vomiting a few times that day. Don't know y leh. Mayb cos my stomach was empty, but i juz didn't have any appetite. ordered soup for my staff meal. Was biding the time till 6 when i could finally leave. Then all of them were psycho-ing me to work till closing. Lucky i had my cough and lessons the next day as an excuse. Haha. When it was finally six, walked slowly to the bus stop and went home.

At 2330 that night, i suddenly realised we had to upload our french projects online by midnight. So i panicked and told my grp mates to send their learning logs to me. Then this i-don't-know-what-to-call-her grp mate of mine thought the deadline for e dialogues was up, so she didn't upload hers. So i told her to go check it out. But she told me she couldn't log in the website. then i told her to send me the file, her admin no and password so that i can log in and upload for her. But she hadn't done it yet. She didn't even know which one she was supposed to do. Then when she sent me the file, she didn't include her admin no and password in her email. And she was offline by that time. my phone wasn't with me. Pek chek lor. So i didn't care and juz finished uploading the culture project and went to slp liao.

Slacked during the entire french tut cos it was supposed to be review and giuliano juz told us to ask him questions. In e end my sis n i were chit chatting or stoning. Nearing e end, we started to talk to giuliano abt his family and the languages he knows. So cool lor, he knows 4. English, French, Italian and German. He even went to Shanghai to learn Chi, but that was 3 yrs ago and he has forgotten most of it now. Haha. He's so cute and funny. I'm gonna miss him when this cds ends..... Haha.

Then i went for finance tut and went to century sq to meet liz. But when we were there she decided not to go for french lect later, so we didn't go.. Went home instead. Haha...

Okay, here i am again, to bore all u readers with my life....... Sometimes, i wonder who are the ones who really read blog, except for the few of u who leave tags sometimes. The rest? So pls leave a msg at my tagboard so as to let me know who are e ones visiting my blog and the ones reading abt my entire life on a website. Well, mayb not my entire life, but pretty much my present life except the most private stuff i like to keep close to my heart.

Just came back from sch where i finally submitted the marketing report to my tutor. I thing there are some mistakes in the report, so i juz pray that we'll get e marks we deserve. I don't know how to start doing the peer appraisal. Daisy has done it already. Stms, i think that peer appraisal is just like talking behind a person's back. But that's the only way the tutors can really know who's doing the work and who are e freeloaders. Juz pray that God will guide me through the process.

Saw this old man on the bus on the way home. And i saw that his 2nd finger on his left hand was gone, most probably cut off. It made me wonder what had happened in his youth, and what trouble he had been in, to lead to his finger being cut off. Has such a thing ever occurred to you? You see somebody on the bus, the train or the streets, and u start thinking about him/her, what had happened to that particular person tht has led him/her to such a position today. I guess all authors do that, or they wouldn't have so many inspirations and ideas that can be seen in their stories and novels.

Guess that's all i have to say today. Am gonna do the peer appraisal now. Hope that i can be objective.

Dragged myself up from bed on Tues morning to go to work. Our first customer came at 1045, when usually they would appear at 10, at e most 1010 on a weekday. Even when the customers started streaming in, we were still v seng nang. Don't know y they put 4 of us on duty for opening when it was a public holiday. Haha. Then came this young American couple. I think they were kissing abt 85% of the time they were there. Haha. Really.

Cos coffee club's starting to sell new drinks this week. Mostly ice-blended drinks lah. So everytime there were extras we would pour it into a cup and each of us would sample a bit. If u like coffee, the iced expresso is nice. Cos the coffee taste is really strong and aromatic, and they have coffee bean bits in it. The summer apple's not bad too. Got lime and apple taste, so itz v refreshing. Think Jane will like it. The rambutan one is not bad, if u like the taste of the canned cocktail syrup. Haha. And there's the standard iced mocha. Haven't tried e rest yet. Will tell u guys next time. Haha.

Ahling called me while i was walking to the bus stop after work. She wanted to ask me abt accounts. They teach them really fast in NTU. It's like they've covered weeks' worth of what we covered in poly in 2 weeks, perhaps more. Fast right. No wonder she's so confused. They have additional stuff somemore. Waited super long for my bus. By the time i reached home it almost 3 and i went to take a nap immediately. Ate bread with those "soft-boiled" eggs for dinner. Seems that i've been eating bread e whole day. I ate 2 buns from breadtalk, then a s/w from subway, and bread again for dinner. Haha.

Went to slp a lot later than i expected. Y? All because of my bloody marketing project. Pardon my language, but i felt really fustrated and fed-up at that time. Can't believe i have such grp members. One of them told me 2weeks ago that he would edit this part that we had done wrongly. I expected him to have done it by e next tutorial, but he wasn't there. When i msged him asking abt it, he told me that he'll send it to me the next day. And the next day, he asked me if he could send it to me the next day, which was last Thurs. of cos i said yes lah. And yday night at 0046, did i finally rcv his work. I could have completed the work and gone to slp almost an hr ago if he hadn't procrastinated.

Another grp member better. I asked him at last week's tutorial if he knew how to do executive summary. He said no, but he could check it out in the comm skills book. So i left him to do e executive summary and even told him to finish it and pass to me next Mon. But he apparently forgot abt us meeting on Mon and he didn't go to sch that day. And he hadn't done e summary yet. He then msged me that afternoon to ask me what shld go into e executive summary, and i told him that a brief summary of the findings will do, cos we hadn't done e conclusions and recommendations yet. Simple enough? And he told me that he'll send it to me on Tues afternoon. But i didn't rcv it when i checked my email on Tues evening. I msged him, realised he was outside and he hasn't done the thing yet. And u know what he asked me? What's the objective of executive summary? That might seem like an intelligent qns, but to me, it juz showed how bloody irresponsible he was. You told me one week ago that u would check out the comm skills book, and u're asking me the objective of an executive summary when u're already late in finishing ur work?? That's when i told him i'll juz do e thing myself. In retrospect, i shld have done tt hrs ago, instead of waiting for him. I know he's taking a lot of subjects this semester, as he didn't do well for his previous semesters, so he has a lot other projects too. And i understand. But if you couldn't manage the workload, then tell me lah. Sigh.. dunno lah.

But after hearing from Corrin, i've realised that i'm act much luckier than her. At least i don't have overbearing, self-assuming, and tactless grp members.

Anyway, after looking for the teacher on Wed afternoon, we had to edit quite some things cos we didn't do them correctly or we had some redundant stuff. Had to do the french project, worry abt the sociology presentation too. When will all this end?? Never mind, i know the answer. Two weeks later, when my study week starts and i'll have to start fretting abt my exams..

Was a bit shocked when i saw that my last update was on the first on august, which is 8 days ago. Have been busy lately with work, studies, and friends lately. Furthermore, my kookoo computer had to spoil at such an appropriate time when my sis and i need the com more than anytime else. Haha. Lucky my sis borrowed a laptop from her friend. Else we'll both, esp my sis, will be dead. But all the stuff in the com might be gone cos we'll be changing almost everything. Haiz. Sad lor. My songs.. my photos.. my videos.. But still thank God both my sis and i saved backup copies of our project stuff.

Rena and cc came to TM on tues to wait for Rena's bf Kenny. And the frame my specs finally overcame the glue holding it to break again while i was waiting for the bus. Haha. Walked ard TM with them at TM. But there was seriously nth to shop for lah. I have no idea y, but TM is so big, but there seems to be nth interesting to shop for. Anyway, cc was agonizing over what to wear for the coming Mon when we were going out. She wanted to get sth to wear, but there was nth to interest her. Met Kenny, and i can see that he's v like Shawn. Can u imagine the jokes they make when they're together?? Haha.

Went to meet candy at orchard after sch on Wed. We wanted to eat in this Jap restaurant in Taka basement which we ate like 3yrs ago? haha. But we couldn't find it, think it has closed down. Haha. So we went to eat crystal jade, the shanghai one. We ordered too much lah, and we ordered like 2 to 3 dishes of similar stuff cos u noe, they use the same fillings for so-called different dumplings. Haha. And we ordered this super big bowl of noodles. So we couldn't finish the food. But we tried our best. Haha. Then we went shopping. Finally bought the kind of pencil case i want. Then we went to the cosmetic counters at Tangs. And just stood there trying out the colours and stuff. Candy lor. See one like one. Haha. She's crazy about sequins now. Whatever that has sequins on will attract her attention. Bought a new pair of specs at the spectacle hut at far east. I actually wanted to get a new frame only. But couldn't find a pair of frames to fit my lenses. So no choice, had to get a new frame too. Spent 205bucks in e end. My mother was super shocked when she heard that and i told her i'll pay half of it. Haha.

Met with my sociology grp mates on thurs. There wasn't any tutorial that week. But we had to do some grp thing as our attendance. Then one of my grp members very good lor. If i didn't call her to ask her where we were meeting, she would have juz left the sch without telling us she wasn't meeting us. And she juz told me she has sth on. V what lor. Still say she wanted to have full attendance cos she wants to get Z. She's juz taking advantage of us cos we wouldn't tell e teacher she wasn't there. Went to work after finishing the thing. And to my annoyance, i found out that my assist. manager made a stupid mistake and put my schedule on Fri instead of Sat. I was planning to go to East Coast with Corrin and Daisy!! Stupid lor. Made me have to change my plans. So sorry towards the both of them.

Went for my final tuition after work on Fri. Went to Compass to buy gifts for my students first. Bought a piece of cake at four leaves for my mother cos it was her bdae. Then after eating my dinner at Mos, went to my students' hse. Let them do whatever they wanted that day. Actually, i was a bit guilty for stopping the tuitioning cos the parents are still looking for tutors and the both of them really need help. Esp the older boy. But i'm quite reluctant to teach him lah. And stopping the tuition would free up my nights. So i can do more stuff.

Spent my Saturday morning helping my mother cut paper apples. Haha. She's making an apple tree for church. Did a bit of my finance tutorial. Then i went out for the Festival of Praise. This time, we had to queue to enter the place. And altho we reached at 4sth when we could only go into e stadium at 1815, the queue was already super long. It is good to see so many Christians in Singapore so psyched for e FOP, but i couldn't help wishing at that time that there were less ppl. Haha. Don't know y, but i couldn't warm up to the music and all those stuff at e beginning. Thank God i could at e 2nd round of singing.

Lost my voice a bit that night. Haha. Stupid right. I must have been shouting instead of singing. Bought porridge at Jackson's cos was changing buses there. Had to wait a while lah. But it was worth it cos i was so hungry by e time i reached home. Hadn't eaten since 11 or 12 that morning.

Jane asked me if i could meet her on Mon to go out after sch. But i couldn't, cos was meeting Rena,etc in e afternoon and i had to finish up on my project after sch. Quite sad lah, cos hadn't met her for quite a long time le.

And finally to the yesterday.

Was quite fustrated when doing the mkt project cos sb was either acting dumb, or is really so dumb. BTH. I'm blaming that person for being blur. But if u're really so unsure of those stuff, then u shld at least make e effort to confirm things, find out abt things right. And stop saying that i didn't assign u any work. Can't u take e initiative to find out what needs to be done? I don't want to name names, but the person would definitely know i'm toking abt him/her if he/she reads this. Another person made me pek chek too. I was in Orchard on Mon when she msged me to ask if i was emailing our tutor. So i asked her if she could email the tutor for me cos itz inconvenient for me to do tt. And u know what she said? She said "but u're e leader what." I got v pek chek at that sentence lor. I know i'm leader. But i already asked u to help me cos it isn't convenient for me to email her. Itz not as if i'm deliberately pushing the task to u with no good reason.

Anyway, was late in meeting Rena, cc and candy. Went shopping to help Candy look for a top to wear. Will be buying it for her prezzie. She tried on so many tops, but she didn't want any of them. And when she finally saw one she liked, it was e only piece left, and she spoilt it when she trying it on. Duh right. Then mh came to look for us. And we shopped further, and then went to PS to wait for Flo to meet us after her movie. Saw a lot of things i want to buy at various shops in PS. Haha. But i muz save money for the thailand trip next month. Hahaha.

Ordered food at cartel while waiting for flo. Itz been ages since e 6 of us gathered together to hang out. We always have sb missing in e past. Altho it was only for dinner, at least we got together. Flo and mh left after dinner while the 4 of us went to clarke quay. Walked in e wrong direction so we walked one big round to clarke quay. Haha. By e time we reached there we were all sweating. Haha. Went to Indochine. All of us ordered cocktails except for cc who ordered a martini. And it was much stronger than e cocktails. So her martini became our punishment when we were playing the "guess fists". haha, else she would be drunk by e time she finished her drink. Left the place at abt 2230 and we went in search of Mac's cos we were hungry and on a tight budget. Haha. While walking over to boat quay we passed this grp of teenage angmoh guys outside 7-11. After a while they suddenly appeared behind us and they were like walking real closely. Rena and cc became paranoid and started suspecting that they were following us. Haha. Really paranoid lor. Then we walked by another 7-11 and those guys went into the 7-11. Seems like they are attracted to the 7-11s in Sg. Haha.

After eating fries at Mac's we shared a cab home. Which cost me 20bucks, cos rena n cc were broke, and candy forgot to pass me money, as always. Haha. Joking. Anyway, the driver told me that we shld try another route. Which is to send cc home after candy, then to rena's hse, then finally to my hse rather than the present one which is to send rena after candy, then cc and finally me. Will take faster. Aiya, anyway we go, I'll always reach home last.

We saw a lot of ppl we know on Mon. Saw our chi teacher in sec 3 n 4 cum form teacher in sec3 in wisma. She has changed. She looks a little haggard now. Don't know y leh. Saw hanyi at cine. Saw alan tern, the actor at PS. Cos the rest of them had seen him, and i was e only one who didn't. So i started saying Where? Where? rather loudly. Haha. And i think he heard me. Haha. And he smiled at us. I think he's more handsome in real life. Then we saw Alicia in Cartel. Even asked her to help us take photo. Haha. Then saw xinyi, xinru and joanne from my church. Saw a couple other Xinminians whom we don't know; we just know they're from xinmin. Haha. First time i saw so many ppl i noe in town.

U might notice that the entries for each day is getting shorter except for the most recent. Guess itz cos i can't rmb the details, the feelings and thots i originally wanted to put in.. And i'm juz getting lazy. haha. Will try to blog often in future.

Okay, here i am again. Ginnette just complained that I haven't updated my blog in a long while, which is true, I haven't updated it since last Wed. But can't blame me okay. I was busy doing other stuff.

I don't have much have a recollection of what i did on Thurs. I just rmb that i decided to skip Sociology class cos that's e last lesson i can skip, and go home to take a nap before going for tuition. And i finally told the mother of my students that i wanna stop! Told her i juz couldn't cope with the both of them. And she asked me what if I juz taught one. And i knew immediately that she wanted me to teach Renjie cos he's having his streaming this year. So i quickly said no. Cos I know that even if I can now concentrate on teaching him alone, I have no guarantee that I can make him concentrate and do his homework. Except for the first few lessons, he has nv finished the homework i gave him. Sigh, anyway, I'm finally gonna be free after this Fri, and I no longer will be holding two jobs! haha. But can't help missing the $190. Haha.

Went to work on Fri at 11. And got forced to extend my working hrs to 6. Stupid lor. Went to Holland V immediately after work to meet cc, rena, candy and flo. Went back to breko again. I don't know why, but i really had no appetite that day. Only had a bowl of soup for my staff meal that day, and juz ordered a drink and calamari at breko. At least e calamari was nice. After eating, we decided to play the frog game. U know, the *in chinese* one, frog, jump into e water, pom.. that type. And i was wondering y the frog is always used to play such games and nv other animals. Haha. Then we got tired of that and played big fish small fish. Then we changed it to big tomato small tomato, then to good potato bad tomato. Haha. Super stupid. Drank a bit that night, cos our punishment was to drink beer. Shared a cab with flo and cc home.

Realised on Fri night that i left my file at my students' hse. Which meant that i left my HR notes for the PBL, and my finance notes, which i need for the test on Sat morning. Haha. Kookoo right. Lucky i went over the tutorial on Wed. Then on Fri night, Jason called me at 11sth to ask me if i could go to work earlier, either at 3 or 12. Very irritated leh, cos i was still hoping to go home for a nap first.

The test was quite straightfoward. Got abt 2 MCQs wrong. But that's abt it. Think Roy and Siew Wern would get full marks. Did a bit of HR in e sch lib before gg to work. When i reached raffles hotel in e bus, it was only 1430 when i start work at 3. Who knew there was a traffic jam there cos there was road closure due to e NDP. When i reached the toilet to change into my uniform, there was a long queue. Someohw, only two cubicles out of 5 were working. In e end, i was late.

Managed to "struggle" through Sat night cos it was busy, so didn't have much time to think abt how busy i was. The funniest thing happened that night. This two turkish men came, and they didn't speak english. They only knew to tell me they wanted ice-cream. Duh right. When i asked them the flavour, they started speaking in their language and i couldn't understand a thing! I was there for abt 5mins, b4 i managed to understand that they wanted 4 different flavours, with 2 scoops in each bowl. Finally lor. You have no idea how lost i felt when we struggled to understand each other. Then their wives came and i had to struggle a bit again. At least it was faster and better. When they left, one of the men said "Bye Bye Joy!", very loudly. Haha. So paiseh.

Didn't have classes for YA! on Sunday. Played human monopoly instead. Had to play it under e hot sun somemore. Sigh, at least it wasn't raining. Went home after that to watch my "sky dragon eight parts". Haha. Then i took a nap. Wanted to do my french ppt, but my stupid com was faulty. So couldn't do anything. After eating dinner, on the com again and it was usable, luckily, it only became siao again after i was finished with e ppt. Cos my sis also wanted to use e com, so she called her god-bro for help. He's damn nice, altho he lives in Admiralty, he volunteered to come down to check out e com for us. So good right. Haha. He managed to salvage e com, and said he'll help us do a new com when the com really spoils.

Was in a bad mood today. Was partly fustrated over the HR pbl cos i was having difficulty researching on my part. And sb only made it worse by reminding me abt e mkt project and pushing everything to me. Stop asking me to not do everything if u're not willing to take some responsibilities. Frankly speaking, I may juz do everything else myself if i get fed up with having to organise meetings.

Could finally go home early on Mon to take a nap before waking up to eat dinner and do my sch stuff. Act wanted to go to slp at 11 after watching the chU show. But i realized i hadn't done my apel reflections yet. So did that while watching Las Vegas. In e end i slept at 1.

I actually woke up at 7 to go for apel lessons. But i was super reluctant to wake up, and i rmb-ed tt i still have 2 days of annual leave to clear, and next week is the last lesson, so i decided to "forego" that lesson and wake up an hr later. Haha. Prayed before gg to sch tt everything we'd done for marketing project would be enough and satisfactory. Turned out that it was fine and we juz had to edit the thing. Thank God. Jeffrey Ho finished the mkt lect an hr early, so could leave at 2 instead of 3. Quickly went home to take a nap, woke up at 1730 to eat my dinner and go for tuition. I want to stop tuition!

Wed, is the day my sis forgets her jacket. Or mayb itz e only day i go to sch with her so that's e only day i know that she forgets her jacket. Perhaps she forgets it every other day. Haha. The class was very rowdy today, cos we were playing tic tac toe, then supposed to choose a sq and translate it. then i dunno wad happened lah, but we were so noisy all of a sudden. Think cos my grp was "arguing" which sq to choose. Haha.

And i got back my French and Finace test! Thank God i did well for them, unlike my mkt.... Haha, did well for my HR too.

Wed, is also suan Daisy day. Haha. Who ask her......... Zhong4 se4 qing1 you3..... ps us.. go meet her bf for lunch, dun go french lect juz cos she wants to accompany him to his driving test. Not as if she can sit in e backseat during the test. Haha. I sound like sourgrapes now, but i'm juz joking lah......... Hor, daisy.

Saw the testimony Jianhui wrote for me. Was super shocked when i saw the email saying that he had written a testimonial for me. Was thinking what he would write cos we hadn't seen each for 2 yrs, since e class chalet. In e end e testimonial was quite sweet lah. Haha. Thanks arh. See whether i have e time and inspiration to write one for him not. Haha.

While i was bathing this morning, i started wondering what talent i have. What acually brought me abt to think abt this is i rmbed my mother saying two of her colleagues are gifted with beautiful voices made for speaking, broadcasting news ot stuff like tt. Then i rmb-ed how mr lee, my ex-principle from Xinmin, would say tt everybody has a diff gift or talent. We just have to find out what it is, and make full use of it. But i thought and thought, and i just can't find one. God also said tt He has a purpose for everybody, abd we are gifted with various things. But right now, i have no idea what's mine.

I'm not academically inclined - there are a lot of other students in Sg who are much better than me. Contrary to some ppl's belief, my studies and esp my language, is not tt good. There are times when my eng fail my while i'm speaking, and i juz cringe inside. I'm not musically inclined - the only musical instrument is i know is the recorder, which every student in Sg knows and my singing is not tt good. I'm not sports inclined - altho i like to play ball games, i'm not really good at them. My memory might be better than some ppl, but it still fails me. So where does tt leave me?

U might say my character and stuff like that, and i have thought of tt. But i still found myself short. I'm not pretty or attractive (obviously). I'm not tt kind-hearted - i might feel guilty if i reject a student asking for donations, or seeing sb in distress, but my guilt is not enough to propel me towards acting out. (FYI, i do help ppl i see in distress. Sometimes. But that's not enough to count as a kind-hearted person.) I'm not good with ppl, or sociable like my sis or Liz. Somehow, i cannot find a common topic with most ppl, or click with them. Stms, i think my sis shld be e one being in e service line, rather than me. I can't speak really well like some of my church friends. i get stage fright when i speak in front of a crowd. And that's y i don't dare to stand up for what i believe in stms, esp for God. Some of my poly frens have been saying tt i'm straightfoward. Whatever i'm feeling, unless i make special effort to hide it, would show on my face or show in my words. Some ppl might say that that is a good point. But i dont think so. I offend ppl. I'm not that patient, or tolerant towards my students or stms, friends and family. I flare up at them. Which means i don't have a good temper, which means i don't have control. My determination and tenacity sucks.

I'm not feeling sorry for myself. Really. I don't feel sad at all. Not really at all, but no tears are welling up in my eyes as i type this. so don't worry. It's just that i was wondering while bathing what my talent was, and started to sift through my mind talents other ppl have. And i realized i have none! Seems like i'm more avg than that guy Aaron in e Eye for a Guy2 show. Haha.

Anyway, i can't think of any other ways i could be talented in. If you can think of any way i might be, pls tell me. I'll go and think abt it. And pls don't tell me that from this entry mayb i'm humble or wadeva. To me, humility shld be in everybody.

Have been living on minimum slp the past week. Had to wake up at 7am every day except for Thurs. That's the reason y i love Wed nights. I don't have to worry about waking up early the next day. Haha. Anyway, went to work in the morning on Friday. Act wanted to go to Sengkang lib to do my stuff before gg for tuition but i realized that i forgot to bring my wallet with me when i wanted to buy sth at a convenience shop at capitol. So i couldn't go anywhere, but home. Stoned in front of the tv watching the entertainment show on chU. Then i left the hse at 6sth. Was calculating my opportunity cost of stopping teaching tuition the next mth after the tuition.

Went to do project at 10 in sch on Saturday morning. I was actually planning to go somewhere to do my sch stuff after the project b4 gg to work, but when i was crossing the bridge to my sch, i realized that i had forgotten to bring along my shoes. I have no idea y i was so forgetful these 2 days. But all i can conclude is tt God didn't want me to go. Watched Erin Brockovich again for our project. This time, we could "predict" wad was gg to happen andwere like anticipating the stuff Erin would say. Haha. Then we went to e lib to type out the stuff. Thank God we managed to finish everything. Melvyn would do the compiling and formatting everything. Went home after tt. Read a book i juz borrowed from the sch lib. Been so long since i've read. Miss the feeling. Haha. Went to work at 4 and was nearly late.

There was this westerner, in his 20s i think, and he's like super shy. So cute lor. Haha. I went to greet him when he was standing at e bar looking at e cakes. then ususally angmohs would greet u, say hello or sth when u smile at them. But he didn't, he juz grinned shyly. Then we were like staring at each other for a few secs before i asked him "table for 1?" and he was like a bit stunned, though i have no idea y. Then when i told him the soup of e day was pumpkin soup, he was shocked and said "oh, i've never tried pumpkin soup before" and smiled shyly again. Haha. super cute. Then after he asked for bill from my colleague and paid it, he was preparing to walk out of coffee club, he passed by my colleague and asked sth like if he could leave, then my colleague asked him if he wanted his change. Then he said, "oh, it's okay" and smiled again. Haha. I love his smile man, dunno y but i think it looks so foolish n sheepish. I know i sound crazy and hua1 chi2, but i'm not. Itz juz e first i met such a shy angmoh. And there was this super tall one. long time since i met such a tall guy. Think he's taller than my cousin's husband and Junda. Had to tilt my head all e way back. Haha.

Ellen came to look for us cos she's gg to the eski bar and had to wait for her fren. Then she was like asking Nabilah to make her sth. And Nabilah juz gave her this glass of iced tea that's not fresh. Haha.

Only had my break at 2125. Which is like 35mins to e time we close. Rushed to the toilet right after i clocked out. Haha. Cos i kept thinking that i would have my break soon, and it was so busy at that time. Ate e mushroom ragout lasagne. Quite nice lah. But my fave till now is still e swiss mushroom sandwich. Don't know if i shld quit after e sch hols. I don't think i'll be working after i start sch for next sem. Don't think my timetable will ever be as free as this sem's.

Corrin didn't go to sch for 2 days. She had a fever of 39.9 degrees. Super high right. Haha. Record man.

Went home after sch on Tues to take a nap before going for tuition. Cooked instant noodles for dinner before leaving the hse. When i reached home after tuition i was hungry again. So sat in e kitchen to eat crackers with my sis.

Met my cousin ahling on Wed after sch to accompany her go cut hair at marina sq. I overslept again and missed my stop. Haha. That makes it twice in a week. So i crossed the street and took a bus back. Ahling was late, as usual. We went to chapter 2 for her haircut. And she was so damn fussy when cuting her hair! Kept asking the hairdresser to cut shorter her sides and fringe, then cut the back thinner. The haircut took abt an hr. Then we walked ard marina sq which has v little things to look. Saw this nice straw bag at a shop, but it was quite costly, $38.90. And itz made in Thailand. Haha. So i might as well go there and buy. Then we walked to Suntec where we decided to grab a snack. Was deciding between e pretzels at auntie anne's or fries at either Mac's of kfc. Decided on cheese fries at kfc cos we wouldn't have anywhere to sit at if we ate e pretzels.

Saw this performance at the centre area in Suntec. They were singing those Chi songs from e 70s, 80s and 90s. Very nice. Who says there aren't many good singers in Singapore? We left at 6 cos i had to go teach tuition. Took NEL then changed to LRT to reach my students' hse. And it cost my almost 2bucks. Super ex. Bought my dinner at e kopitiam near my hse and bought a cup of pearl milk tea at this newly opened shop opposite e kopitiam. That shop is going to earn a lot of revenue from me. Haha.

Am feeling quite stressed from e project deadlines. There's one next week. 2 the week after next. And 1 the last week of sch. Sigh. STRESS arh. Haha.

Itz Weilin's birthday today! Although i've wished her through sms just now, i'll wish her again: Happy Birthday, Wei Lin! haha.

Went to Corrin's hse with Diasy to bake brownies on Fri. Haha. Long time since i've done tt. Rmb those times when i baked with rena and the others. Anyway, we met at whitesands to but e ingredients. Then we went to corrin's hse. Had some probs measuring out e stuff cos we were a bit "hands busy legs messy"(Chi). We were that too when blending the ingredients. Watched The Nanny while waiting for e brownies to bake, and it was super funny. Rmb the times when my mum, sis n i would sit in front of the tv in e living room at 7 in e evening everyday. Haha. We don't do that anymore. Anyway, when the supposed time was up for e baking, our brownies turned out to be 3 big disasters. Out of the 3 brownies, only 0.5 was successful. Haha. Mine wasn't cooked at all, Daisy's too. Corrin separated hers into 2 and one tasted like sth gone bad, and the other one has only a cooked centre. Haha. Went home at abt 8.


Was actually planning to stay at home in front of the com and complete some sch stuff. But at 1sth in e afternoon my assist manager, Jane, from coffee club called. And practically forced me to go work in e evening. Made me quite pek chek for a few hrs. Cos i absolutely dislike people to change my plans last min, and it's not as if u're asking me to go somewhere fun. Anyway, i rushed through my mkt project and went to bathe n get ready to go to work. Was nearly late. Jade was supposed to work that night too. When she didn't appear at 6, our manager called her and she said she didn't noe she was supposed to work. So there was only 4 of us doing closing on a Saturday night. The schedule was supposed to be done by Jane. She added in e working hrs for Jade last min but i don't know when. Jason was saying that Jane said tt Jade didn't check her timetable on Thurs when she worked cos Jane added in that on Thurs. When i told Jade she said that Jane didn't even work on thurs so how could she have added in that? Furthermore, Jade did check her schedule on Thurs and even asked Ellen to check for her on Fri. Haiz. Really don't know. But if Jane really lied to cover her own ass, then she sucks. Period.

When i reached my church's santuary on Sun, i was surprised to see some students in sch uniform. Found out later tt PHS was there to sell their tics for their funfair. There's this boy, Kevin in YA!, and he loves to jio pretty girls. Since majority of e students who came were girls, we sent him to mingle with them. Haha. We kept teasing him abt tt. Haha. Some of them joined us for worship and games. We played this game whereby a piece of paper with a thing written on it would be pasted on our back n we would have to guess. I was among e first few to get pasted. So even b4 e game started, while they were pasting e paper on other people, i had already guessed mine. Haha. So juz "geh geh" walk ard with the paper on my back. Then e PHS people left. And altho we didn't have classes that day, my sharegrp went up to e clsroom for no reason. haha. While we were sitting outside e room aunty judy came, so we juz went into e room to share our prayer requests. Finally talked to Clement after seeing him in church for so many weeks. He so cute lor. And he looks sooo much like his elder bro.Went out to lunch with the boys n Ginnette. Juz outside e church Kevin n Samuel started quarrelling. Crazy lor. And that day's sermon was "do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth". Haha. Ate at this chi restaurant with atrocious spelling in e upper serangoon shopping centre. David went off after eating, so did Ben Koh. The rest of e boys went to play bowling, ginnette went to town while i went to to ahma's hse.

As i do everytime i'm there, i ate a lot again. Watched tv, walked around, talked, watched e adults play mahjong... Went to eat dinner. Then gathered in my cousin's room. And my cousin's bf was lying on me for like half an hr.... Bth him lor. He's so full of rubbish. But funny lah. Haha. They're planning to go to Genting in Aug. But i can't go cos i'll be having my exams. Went home at abt 11.

Went to Daisy's club after HR lesson. I went to e gym while corrin n daisy went to swim. Brisk walked n cycled both for 20mins. Then weightlifted a bit, then go bathe le. I really dunno how they swam in e rain, but they did for a while. Actually wanted to go e sunset or sth, but Corrin was feeling feverish, so we decided to go home instead. The thing is, when we were walking to e bus stop, it was raining. Since Corrin cannot get wet, she wrapped hers and Daisy's towel ard her head which made her look like some leper. Haha. Actually, Corrin's having a super lousy day. She's feeling unwell both physically and emotionally. Hope she gets well soon.

Anyway, i found out tt i didn't have any dinner when i reached home. So decided to cook pasta. added a lot of stuff. Haha. Had more ingredients than i had e pasta itself.

It's been abt a week since i've blogged.. So pls bare with me. I'll try to paragraph. haha. Anyway, i don't rmb everything that happened to me over the last week. So don't worry.

Was nearly late for my finance test last Fri cos of my sis. Haha. Not really lah. I arrived at my test venue right on e dot. So i missed the reading time allowed. Don't noe wad time my sis reached hers. Anyway, after the test, went to mensa 2 with daisy and corrin to grab a snack. Corrin n i pushed 10bucks each to daisy to get her to buy us stuff like accesorries in Chiang Mai. Haha. I left at abt 1730 to meet Eileen at design sch. waited a while for her b4 we rushed to e bus stop.

By the time we reached kovan, we were late for like almost an hr. Haha. Met jane and mc while walking to grapevine from the bus stop. Then josephine and audrey came. Audrey managed to "steal" a free meal from them cos of e waitress' mistake. When we were ordering, the waitress left out audrey's order. It was later that she processed her order. Then when e bill came, she didn't include audrey's order at all. They decided not to tell the people wad happened, so we juz left lor. Didn't dare to go to their pub next door cos of tt. Haha. So we walked down to coconut grove opposite heartland. To our surprise, Samuel was working there. Then audrey started getting agitated. Anyway, audrey was real nice, cos she treated us to beer and finger food there. Haha. So good right. We played upwords till abt 2230 when mc's mother came to fetch us home. Haha. Lucky i didn't have to walk home.

Had fun last Fri, cos itz been a long time since we've gathered. We only seem to do tt when mc's back in Sg. Altho weilin and candy weren't there, at least jo came. Which was good, cos itz been quite long since e last time i've seen her. The only sad thing abt that day was that eileen forgot to bring her camera. So didn't take any photos. And i finally told jane something i've been wanting to tell her since June. Actually, i told all of them, cos they were listening too. Haha. But itz all right lah. Then they reassured me that i'm not petty after all for thinking that way.

Went to sch on Sat for marketing project. We decided to change our product from adidas footwear, to the intelligent shoes, adidas_1. So we had to re-do everything. Which put us off our schedule a little. Went to work after tt.

Went to this famous dim sum restaurant at chinatown on Sun after service. Before my sis n i left i told jialin y i wouldn't be gg for YA!. Could see tt she was a bit pissed lah. Sorry arh. Anyway, we got our table earlier than expected. So my sis n i ordered first. Haha. The food there really quite nice. i like e siew mai. Since my sis n i were treating, we went to pay e bill, then we left. Cos i was working at 5 and it was only 2 when we left e restaurant, i decided after much delibration to go to my ahma's hse to take a nap. Haha. While my parents went to my popo's hse n my sis went to meet her friend.

Went to slp immediately when i reached my ahma's place. Lucky nobody except my cousin n ahma was at home. Else i won't be able to slp. Woke up at abt 4. Then took a cab down to raffles city. Lucky i didn't take a bus cos it was raning cats and dogs by e time e cab reached there.

Went out with Elizabeth to watch A Lot Like Love on Mon. She was late, as usual. But lucky we were in time for e movie. The show was funny lah. Ashton Kutcher is so geeky lor. Haha. He's cute lah. And amazingly, i didn't cry! haha. Went shopping after tt. Bought a top from puma. And Elizabeth bought 2 from zara n 1 from mango. Still dare to complain to me everytime that she doesn't have money. haha. While having my dinner at the subway in shaw, we decided to check if e timing was right for us to watch War of the Worlds. Haha. We were hesistating b4 we bought e tics cos we wanted to go home to watch Desperate housewives. But went ahead despite tt cos we couldn't tink of another day that would be convenient for us to watch it.

The show was good. Itz not "Wah!" like Lord of the Rings, but it was still good. the acting of the leads were good, the effects were spectacular (they make u think of what if it really happens), the tiny details shown in e movie was good, and was really struck me most was what people would do for themselves n their loved ones in times of crisis. It's really shocking. Though e ending sucked, it was rushed lah, i enjoyed the show.

Spent my day at home on Tues, in front of the com. Doing different stuffs all at one time like typing out e marketing project, doing my sociology quizzes, checking my mail, and some rubbish. Haha. The only thing i really completed was doing my quizzes. Went to teach tuition after tt. Continued doing e mkt stuff when i reached home, but i was more focused on watching tv. Haha. So didn't do much.

Went to sch to watch Erin Brockovich with my sociology grp mates. Cried at e end of e movie. My fren saw n she was so kookoo, she went to tell e others. Sai lor, made me so paiseh. Act thot we would be starting on e essay immediately after watching e movie. So i brought my super heavy textbook to sch. Who knew my fren was meeting his frens. So would have to rush our project next week. Went home, spent time in front of e com again. This time, by 12midnight, i had finished e marketing stuff already.

Went to sch again yesterday, this time for marketing. Lucky for us, we managed to stick to our schedule and came out with a set of qns for our survey. And here comes my embarrassing stuff again. Was supposed to go play badminton with corrin n daisy. But we realized that i booked e court for a wrong date when we reached there. Kookoo lor me. Corrin n i were carrying our shoes n i was holding my racquet. So we went to e lib to idle some time away b4 gg to TM to have our dinner. Looked for Ananda at century sq after tt. She gave me 2 free sticks of e fruits in choc. So good right. Haha. Thanks arh. And it was super shiok lor. Muz faster save money to go e the choc buffet at fullerton. Who wants to go with me?? Better still, Who wants to treat me?? haha. Then we can go immediately.

After getting e fondue, we went to e basement to buy these mini doughnuts. Then we went to kbox le. They've stopped e members' ladies' and guys' night for e month cos they're celebrating national day. Instead, they're having 40% discount, so itz like $9.60+++ pax. So we went in n it was fun lah. First time i sang so many english songs in kbox. Haha. Left at abt 11. And took a bus home.

Haha, so i've finished blogging abt my week. Not that long right? Cos i've forgotten some things i wanted to say. So count urselves lucky. Haha.

Ya, Juliana (she calls herself Julian nowadays) suddenly wrote me a testimonial in friendster saying "joyjoy! i miss u!" Haha. Shocked me man. Itz been so long since i've talked to her, not to mention seen her. Wonder how she is now.

Okay, i haven't been blogging e past few days, so expect a long entry today. Went to work on Fri morning. The IOC exhibition was already up, and this angmoh was taking photos. Juz before i left at 3, there was this angmoh couple who thot we were bidding for e olympic thing. Haha. Shocked me. Then i told them honestly tt sg is too small. Ha. Went to buy my black pants after work. Oh ya, met Crystal. Then i went to compass' lib to study for a while. Then went to teach tuition at 1830. That was how i spent my Fri. Didn't study much anyway.

Went to meet Liz to study on Sat at sch. As expected, she was late. By half an hr. By that time i was too lazy to walk a distance to e dim sum shop. So we ate at this nearby kopitiam instead. And i spilled my teh-peng-gao.. So ordered another one. By e time we went to e sch lib to study, it was almost 3 already. After booking a project room, we went up to level 6. But there were these 3 guys in e room. I wanted to wait till it was 3 to knock on e door. But this security guard came up n insisted on helping get our room. Haha. Turned out tt one of e guys didn't book e room properly. So they had to give up e room. We studied till 1730 when e lib closed. Then we went to TM cos i had to buy stuff at NTUC and watson's. But cos watson's was renovating, so didn't manage to get e things i wanted.

Went for church on Sunday morning as usual. Then went for lunch with them to this kopitiam which we had to walk a long way to. And i was carrying my super heavy bag somemore. Went to my ahma's hse after lunch. Ate char hoon. Then my aunt and uncle came bearing durians. Haha. So ate tt. I always eat a lot at my ahma's hse. Tried to study while being there, with e tv on, and e adults playing mahjong. Left at abt 1840 with my parents. Waited quite a while for a cab cos my father was so choosy. Took a bath when i reached home. Then thot my father how to copy a cd. And then studied with my sis in my room. Which can b a good or bad idea depending on which angle u see it from. If u're seeing it from e angle tt i shld be studying hard for my test, then it was a bad idea. But if u see it from another angle tt i could have a good chat with my sis, then it was a good idea. Cos we talked a lot tt day. More than we shld have. Got her out of my room at 1 in e morning cos i wanted to slp.

Went to meet my sis and Liz after their test at 12 in sch on Mon. Then we went to eat lunch and then to study at 1300. Actually wanted to go to e lib. But there were simply too many ppl. SO went to one of e benches outside e LTs instead. The wind was super strong tt dae. We kept trying to protect our hairstyles and papers. Haha. Then Diyana came to look for us. Crapped with her for abt half an hr b4 she left. Haha. Continued studying to 3 when my sister left. Then i started looking for things to distract myself. Went to buy dirnks for Liz n i, then went to e toilet. Thrice in 2hrs. By tt time ppl were starting to come for e test. So i stopped studying at abt 1730 n went to look for my clsmates.

Don't have much confidence in e paper after i took it. Anyway, waited for other ppl to finish e paper (cos i left b4 time was up, hee), then went home le. By e time i reached home it was 8. Slacked ard awhile before i finally closed myself in my room to study. But tt was only for like 1hr at e most. Super slack man. Then Kenneth suddenly called. Use hse phone to call me still don't wan to identify himself first. Anyway, e reason he called me was cos he suddenly rmb-ed tt i didn't send e notes to him. Really bth. We were like gg to have tt test in less than 12 hrs and he doesn't have e notes. So in e end he only asked me to tell him e main points, which made me super guilty. Was telling him tt if e topic really came out, and if he can't tackle it, would he pls not blame me. Haha. Anyway, a qns on e topic did come out. Wonder how he did. After Kenneth hung up, packed my bag n went to slp le.

Today, went to e gym after e test with daisy n corrin. But couldn't find anything tt could train my arms. Anyway, went for lunch with daisy after gym. Corrin went to meet her friends. Finally found someone to cut my hair with! Haha. Will be meeting Daisy on Thurs to cut hair. Hahaha.

Anyway, during tuition today, really really felt like n contemplated stopping e tuition. Cos i really can't cope. Not with my schedule, but with e both of them.

Wasted some time yday. Went to have lunch after lessons at 1300. Kenneth came to meet daisy n i, and we went to sign in for e global connect thing. After signing in, we ran away. Haha. Didn't even attend 5mins of e talk. We then went to e lib to slack. Went to e scv tv section. Was watching e sports ch, the female tennis match. Got sharapova. And kenneth was like gushing over her. Bth. Then we changed e channel to e snooker one. Quite boring. Then Kenneth left. Me and daisy were like really slouching in front of e tv. I even went to get a book and daisy slept. Haha. Then Elizabeth came to meet us and we went to meet laykuan to go to e bookshop. Spent money there again. After tt went to sit at a bench outside e lt to wait for our lect.

Went to sch at 11 today. Was act thinking of skipping both sociology tut n lect. But decided to only skip e lect. Haha. Had a debate in Sociology cls. The topic is: If garbage collectors and doctors are both jobs related to health matters, y is the pay difference so big? So i was e proposition team. My group's motion was tt garbage collectors shld earn more than doctors. When we heard tt we were like, huh? How do we oppose sth like tt? But, we won. Haha. The reason being that there weren't many points supporting our motion and our grp and we've thot of most of them. The judging grp judged us based on e points we brought up. So since they couldn't find any loopholes in ours, we won! Haha. A bit stupid.

After lesson went to meet Elizabeth at e lib. Went to bookshop first to buy stuff to eat. Haha. Again. Studied at a project room. And it was so very cold. We kept shivering. Diyana n her bf came to e room to meet us for a while. Went along with them when they left cos it was simply too cold in e lib. Haha. Went to one of e benches outside e lib. Saw alvin and he sat with us to study. Been a long time since me and beth had seen alvin and really talked to him. So it was quite good that we studied with him today. We gossiped a lot lah. Haha. Really fun. We actually wanted to go home at abt 1915 or sth. But we were waiting for alvin's friend so we dragged till like 8. But at least i studied, and had a good chat with alvin n elizabeth. So i didn't waste time. Good.

Reached home at abt 9. Ate dinner. Am online now. Juz now my fren florence msged in msn abt oweing her a seafood platter. I couldn't rmb y i owed her sth. Then she told me itz cos i didn't wish her happy bdae yday. A bit diao. Cos we made a bet in May tt if i didn't rmb to wish her happy bdae, i'll owe her e saefood platter. So we made plans to meet next Wed. Haha. Looking for ppl to go along now. But of cos, i'll only be treating florence only. Haha.

After chatting with Elizabeth and Alvin, and knowing some things from my sis, i realized just how i lucky i am this sem. They were talking abt how they didn't have any friends in their cls, and they would like spend their breaks alone. I think i am so so fortunate to have my current clsmates, cos i not onli hang out with them, i can really click n have fun with them. I just can't imagine having to spend my break time alone. Anyway, now i've asked my sis to go look for Liz during her break. But wouldn't it be weird if they become good friends??

Another thign struck me abt being lucky. That is my HR grp. Jolleen and Shiling were v fustrated over their HR project and most imptly their grp members, or rather, member. Plus Alvin, Liz, and my sis all complained b4 abt their grp members. And i didn't have any problems with my HR grp. It occured to me that i am so very lucky. Because dasiy n i weren't planning to join sw, corrin and etc grp. If we joined another grp, i don't know if we would have gone along so smoothly with e PBL. Altho my mkt grp leaves sth more to be desired, I'm happy with my clsmates this sem. I'm soooo much closer to them than my last sem clsmates. Haha.

Didn't do much on Mon. Just went to sch, then settled the mkt thing, had lunch, then went home. Act intended to take a short nap for mayb 3hrs? In e end i slept 5hrs till 5sth. Haha. Then when i was on my com i wanted to like settle some things and offline le. But i ended up wasting time doing stuff while watching tv. So was online till 12sth. After tt faster go slp le.

Was crazy on Tues. Got psycho-ed by corrin n kenneth to skip mkt lect. Haha. Went to eat Pastamania. Daisy n Yuhong went too. After eating we walked ard. Went to Isetan. Went to look at e bra section. Haha. Then e boys walked off to somewhere else. Then we went to century sq. The boys n daisy spent so much time at e comic shop lor. So corrin n i went to toilet n e arcade. Played for a while at e arcade there, and we suck at e beatmania lor. Lost like siao. Haha. Then we went to e arcade at TM while yuhong went back to sch to do project. Played daytona, e stupid game which we lost in 5mins, and puck game. You know, the one where u hit e white flat thing over a table. I paired with kenneth n corrin with daisy. Then kenneth n I lost by a landslide e first round. Haha. Really cham. Then 2nd round we improved lah. Lost by 2points.

After tt we finally decided to go home. Act we wanted to skip lect cos we wanted to go home n slp. But in e end we went home later than e time e lect would have ended. Decided to take 81 with corrin n kenneth though it would take a longer time. Then so qiao3, saw Joanne n Teck Wee on e bus. Haha.

After reaching home slacked in front of e tv for half an hr. Then ate dinner, and went for tuition le. After reaching home from tuition watched tv again. Haha. Then went to my room to revise my french and went to slp after revising.

Kenneth is so gay.. Ha.. 

I know i said on Fri that i had a SUPER tiring day, but Sat beat it all. To tell you the truth, i have no idea y i was so tired. I went out with mh before gg to work. Wanted to buy formal wear, but couldn't find any. Then went to Heeren cos mh wanted to buy her slippers. But she found out that they didn't have e size she wanted though i think that that she shouldn't get a bigger one. So she decided to go to flash n splash to take a look at e slippers there. But she couldn't find one her size again. After a while she decided to go back to e adidas shop. She had already decided to get that pair of slippers. But when she tried on a new pair she suddenly realized tt e slippers were too big for her. So after going to and fro e shop like 4times, she decided not to buy that pair of slippers.

Anyway, saw a pair of slippers i really liked at adidas. But my family's gg to nag me if i buy a new pair of slippers so soon. And it costs 39bucks. Itz not as if itz 19.90...

After tt went to e subway at raffles. The choc choc chip cookie is really good. After eating went to change, then mh sent me to coffee club and started work le.

The real prob of tt dae is tt i didn't do anything to tire myself out. And i only worked for 5hrs that day. But i was feeling even more tired than my first day at work. Was limping by e time i finished work. Lucky i wore my slippers to shop earlier that day. So i didn't have to suffer anymore. Took abt 20mins to walk to my bus stop. Waited abt 10mins for my bus. So reached home at abt 0015. By e time i went to slp it was abt 0100.

When i woke up e next day, i didn't want to talk and kept my words to a minimum. Went to church for service then to work le. Act wanted to look for sth to eat at raffles, but i had no appetite and couldn't think of anything to whet it, so might as well not eat. Made some mistakes tt day, again. After working for abt 4 n a half hrs at 1630 took my first break. Ate e mushroom swiss melt s/w.. v nice leh. better than BK's. Haha. Unsuitable comparison. Went to toilet to rest my legs, and went back to work after 30mins. Then worked till 8. Didn't feel like eating, so went for my break w/o ordering anything to eat. Slacked in e kitchen. Haha. Drank a lot of water too. Don't know y i kept feeling thirsty e past few days. Closed shop early that day cos it was a Sun and ppl usually go home early on Sundays. So we took our time closing. Even b4 we closed shop, jade, ananda n i were being bitches. Haha. Kept disturbing our supervisor. After clearing up everything waited till 11. Then we went out by swissotel. Went to e toilet there which is much better. Haha. Smells better. Then me n jade walked to our bus stop. Walked a diff way with Jade to see who will reach e bus stop earlier. In e end she reached earlier. Would try tt way next time.

And ya, i didn't feel as tired after working for 10hrs then i was after working for 5.

Had a SUPER tiring day yday. Went to work at 8. Had to extend my working hrs from 6 to 8 cos my colleague couldn't come. My manager actually told us to go for our break b4 12. But after i told e kitchen to cook my lunch, the lunch crowd started coming in, so i had to postpone my lunch. It was so damn busy. There was only 2 of us serving e customers lor. Then Ellen finally came at 2sth. After a while i could finally go have my break. By that time i was so tired i couldn't finish my food. After tt started to work again. Oh ya, Jane came to look for me. Haha. Had a shock. But at tt time was busy, so couldn't talk to her. Anyway, abt 15mins b4 i could go off work, i starter to keep looking at ellen's watch. Haha. Asked for permission to leave right on e dot.

Saw tt Candy called me while i was working. A bit shocked. Called her back and realized she was at orchard with mh. But couldn't go meet them cos had to go teach tuition. Then called jane. Realized tt she juz finished watching initial d, so met her at e train station. Went back to sengkang with her. By e time i reached my students' hse it was already 1845 when i shld have reached at 1800. Haha.

Really feel like stopping e tuition. As i said, i'm not so in need of money tt i need to hold 2 jobs.

Cheng2 complain that my entries were too long. So i'm taking advantage of my free time to blog today's happenings.

Woke up naturally today, cos only had lesson at 12. So took a shower, did my QT, and cooked instant noodles to eat. Then did a rough mindmap of my HR project, and went to sch le. Went for finance lect, then to sociology tut. My grp was e noisiest again. Had this roleplay thing. Sth abt behind e scenes at e Singapore idol. So my grp was chosing who to be e singers and eb was trying topush it away. Finally we decided to draw lots. Think my grp was e only grp to do tt. Kept laughing while acting, cos my fren was acting as a gay. And he kapt harping over e fact tt we missed e rites of passage. Bth.

After sociology went to meet Elizabeth. Bought my sociology textbk finally, which totally wiped me out. I have like 5cents sing dollar and 10cents m'sia dollar in my wallet now. So itz like i have less than 10cents sing dollar on me now. Talk abt poor. Was still thinking abt eating subway for my dinner.

Am in e lab "whiling" my time away now, typing out my blog. Itz 27mins to e time when i have to go for lect....................................

Stayed at home the entire day on Saturday. Took the chance to slack at home and rest. Been a long time since i've done that. And i think i'll have little chance to do that in future.

Had lunch with Ginnette and Jialin after church on Sunday. Ginnette hasn't changed much; she's just as crazy as before she went to Aust. Speaking of which, i wonder when exactly mc's coming back? Walked home after lunch, and took a nap. Actually wanted to go down to my mum's office to "see see" Uncle Paul. But was too lazy. Ha. So stayed at home and slacked in front of e com. Then watched iron ladies 2. As with all movies, the original one was better, funnier.

Did sth stupid on Mon with my friends. there was this redundant lesson on entrepreneurship that we had to go after our HR lesson. And at first almost the entire cls didn't want to go. But later they decided that they wanted to go to cls, take attendance and convince e tutor to let us go early. But 4 of us didn't think that he would let us off, so we decided to pon that lesson. Before that we spent like 10mins hesitating whether to go into e cls or not.. In e end we went to design canteen to have our lunch. Haha. And it was a good time to have lunch cos it wasn't lunchtime yet. Haha. After eating went to look for Daisy to go home together. But when i found her, i realised that i didn't want to go home. Instead i wanted to go to tampines central to run errands. First went to e raffles clinic at DBS centre for my typhoid injection, then to e post office at CPF building. Then went home le. Took a 45mins nap, woke up, bathed, and prepared to go to work. Was working 5.5hrs that day. Means i get to have break! Haha. Had seafood lasagne that day. Not bad lah. Wanna try e mushroom one next time. Ha.


Went for APEL lesson, which is like CME, on Tues morning. And out tutor was supposed to "teach" us abt pre-marital sex, and relationships. And the stupidest part, was when he showed us a transparency which told us that when dating, we can do things such as go to e library, visit a sick person and encourage him. So constructive right?

After that was marketing tutorial. Real stressful. Cos she always shoots qns at whoever is presenting their ans. And we need to rush our project again. Will have to hand in an outline an introduction next week. Sucks. After that went to do project. Debated in front of e lib whether to go in to do our project or not. As u probably know, there was a heavy rain on Tues afternoon. So e weather was actually a little chilly. But that roy kept saying that it was too warm and kept insisting that we go into e lib. S in e end we had to give in to him and went to level 6. Kenneth was really crazy that day. He suddenly kept ji siaoing daisy and me. There's only one word to describe his behaviour that day. Siao. We kept digressing that day too. Talked abt e ppl in our cls. Ppl from other classes. Haha. After our project i went down to Sengkang to teach tuition. I really cannot stand renjie leh. He isn't serious in his work lor. Dunno how to spell simple words. Cannot rmb and doesn't pay attention to anything i say. Take ages to finish a simple correction. Made me so damn angry i told him off. And he doesn't put his heart to any of e work he does. Enough abt him. After tuition went to CP to help my mum buy a cake and "shun4 bian4" bought mos burger back as my dinner.

This morning, which is Wed, went to sch with my sis. Went for french cls. During cls my sis realised that nobody would be accompanying her during her break. So she started 'psycho-ing' and dragging me to skip tut and accompany her. Where on earth can u find another sister like her? Haha. So after lesson we went to engine canteen 2 to eat. Sat there till 1145. Walked with her to LT19, where she told me that i can leave already. My sis is just so good. Went to e lib to pass time while waiting for my class to end. Haha. At 1245 went to look for my grpmates. Waited while they ate, then went to fo project. We ignored Roy's objections this time and decided to do our project at this table outside e LTs. Haha. Kenneth was crazy again. Kept saying these super stupid n lame n dirty things. My sis came by and when i told them she's my sis they were so shocked lor. Kookoo birds. Then Daisy left and Corrin came. Went up to e study rooms. Then Kenneth suddenly became so serious; he started to e project. And he like just writing quietly. Then i asked him why he suddenly so loner. Haha. Then Siew Wern n Corrin said it was cos Daisy was not there. Super funny lor. Altho we managed to finish most things today, i don't feel we were that productive. Cos we were like talking n joking ard most of e time. Haha.

After e project went to lib with Kenneth to pass time. Watched e this tennis match on e cable tv. Actually, Kenneth was watching while i was reading. Haha. Then he started doing those really stupid stuff again. Threw his broken nails on me somemore. BTH. He left at 4 for his lesson. Benson and his fren came in e pass e time. JJ joined us. Then JJ left. I left at abt 1615. Went to look for my sis at e lab. Stayed there for a while, selected my electives. This is wad i selected. Corporate Comm & Tourism, HR & Tourism, Banking &Finance. The last one was a rash choice lah. After that went to e Auditoria to look for Liz and Daisy. Stayed there till 5sth, then went for French lect, which to me, was a waste of time cos wadeva we did there we could have done them at home. The only valuable thing was e mock test paper. haha.

After e lect went home. And sth stupid happened to me n my frens. 6 of us were planning to take bus 8. Cos our bus stop is long and we were at e end. So when buses come we have to walk some distance to go to e bus itself. Today e 6 of us walked rather slowly. When we saw e bus was leaving we quickly ran. And this guy did run up to e front door of e bus. And e driver did see him cos he stopped a sec and almost opened e doors. But somehow he decided to drive away. So kookoo lor. 6 ppl cannot chase a bus.
